1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and participation in classes offered by Radiant Brook Studio (“we”, “us”). By enrolling or using the site, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract. For minors, a parent or guardian must complete enrollment and accept responsibility for attendance and payment.

3. Enrollment and payment

• Seats are limited and confirmed upon payment.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change before purchase is completed.
• Taxes and fees, if applicable, are shown before checkout.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days, we offer studio credit. Once a multi-week class begins, unused sessions are non-refundable, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when possible.

5. Conduct and safety

Respectful behavior is required. Follow all safety instructions regarding tools, clay dust, and glaze handling. We may remove participants who jeopardize safety or disrupt others without refund for the current session.

6. Intellectual property

All instructional materials, class structures, and written content are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal learning only and may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.<|eos|>
