Frequently asked questions
Do I need prior experience?
No. Our Beginner Path assumes zero experience. We focus on posture, basic tools, and gentle repetition. You’ll leave with completed projects and the confidence to continue.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dusty and closed-toe shoes. We provide clay, tools, aprons, and towels. Bring a water bottle and tie back long hair for safety.
How big are classes?
Typically 6–10 learners per session. This keeps instruction calm and personal while ensuring everyone gets wheel or table time.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds up to 7 days before the start date. Within 7 days, we offer studio credit. After a class begins, we cannot refund remaining sessions but will try to rebook you when possible.
What if I miss a session?
For multi-week courses, you may attend a make-up session when available within 30 days. Please email us as soon as you know you’ll be absent.
Is the studio accessible?
Yes. Our entrance is step-free and restrooms are accessible. Let us know how we can make your visit more comfortable.
What ages can participate?
Our Kids workshops welcome ages 7–12 with an adult present on the first session. Teens and adults can join any All Levels class that fits their schedule.
How long does firing take?
Bisque firing usually takes 24–36 hours plus cooling. Glaze firing adds another 24–36 hours. We’ll notify you by email when your pieces are ready for pickup.
Can I gift a class?
Yes, digital gift cards are available. Choose a class from the Catalog and select “Gift” at checkout or contact us for a custom amount.
